Do you represent professionals seeking jobs?

No, SJG is a retained executive search firm. Colleges and universities hire us to recruit talented professionals for positions they have open. That being said, we do work closely with professionals who are part of our search processes and try to provide constructive and helpful feedback at every juncture of the search process.

How do I join your confidential mailing list database?

SJG maintains a database of professionals in higher education that includes name, contact information, area of expertise, and a current resume. Our mailing list database is confidential and there are no fees associated with being on our list. To sign up, update your information, or apply for a position that we have listed click here.

Do you charge for your services?

We never charge a fee to higher education professionals who wish to join our mailing list, update information, or apply for a position.

How can I learn about the status of my application for a position?
