Prem Jain Appointed Assistant Director of Dining Services/Catering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Prem Jain comes to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as Assistant Director of Dining Services/Catering from the University of Illinois Medical Center, Chicago, where he served as Director of Retail Sales & Catering/Food Service. Prior to that, he served as Food Service Director for Amtrak in Chicago. He earned his BA in Economics & Commerce from Delhi University, India.
