J. Richard Walker comes to the University of Houston System/University of Houston as Vice Chancellor/Vice President of Student Affairs from the University of Miami, where he served as Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and prior to that, as Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs. He earned his EdD in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Miami.
