SJG sponsors and presents at several of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) professional programs including sponsorship of the Rising Star Award, the Alice Manicur Symposium for Women Student Affairs professionals, the Institute for Aspiring Senior Student Affairs Officers, the Institute for New Senior Student Affairs Officers, and the Stevens Institute for Senior Student Affairs Officers.

SJG also conducted the search that led to NASPA's current Executive Director. Our search practice spans leadership searches for all the key professional areas that feed into the senior student affairs officer track such as residence life, student activities, judicial affairs, multicultural life, health and counseling services, and deans of students.
