At higher education institutions across the country, we have seen leaders tackle the COVID-19 crisis in many different ways. In terms of hiring talent, while some institutions have paused their efforts in anticipation of more solid footing in the future, other institutions have committed to ensuring important leadership roles are filled now in order to meet developing and articulated goals and objectives.
